Hi Everyone!  If you follow me on Facebook and Instagram, you know that I’ve shared a little about my New to me, Pre-Loved Pfaff Quilt Expression 2046 that I purchased recently.  It’s a Fabulous little machine.  It’s older, but in very nice condition.  I’ve used this machine in parts of my last 2 projects and it’s been Great!!  I’m so impressed and it does the most perfect top stitching!!   There are so many wonderful used machine out there right now, so I thought it might be helpful for me to share some of my tips for what I look when purchasing a used machine.  I’ve purchased used machines from sellers on Ebay, from Marketplace on Facebook, and from Craigslist.

In this video, I show and share 3 different used machines I’ve purchased with the story behind each one and the lessons I learned. I share many tips for what to look for and what to avoid. A machine can cosmetically look good, but not be in functional condition, so please head over to my YouTube Channel, Roxanne Stitches for a video on what to look for, how to test the machine, and what to avoid when purchasing a used machine.

I hope you find this information helpful if you’re considering purchasing a used sewing machine.  Remember, buyer beware is the main thing to keep in mind when you’re unsure if a machine is a good buy.  I wish you Good luck in finding a special treasure for yourself.  They’re out there!!
