Hi Everyone!  WOW!!  I’m totally blown away and so grateful for the warm welcome back to my video channel.  I truly appreciate all the kind video comments, private messages, Facebook comments, and encouragement I’ve received over the past couple of weeks.  Thank you so much for your continued support!!

After posting my first new video in a while, I put out a poll on my YouTube Channel asking my subscribers what kind of content they would like to see from me in a future video.  The poll included, sewing techniques, new presser feet, more sewing machines, and free motion sewing.  Sewing Techniques received the most amount of votes, so this video will be a continuation of my last video on the Gathering Presser Foot.  If you’d like to participate in a future poll, make sure to subscribe to my YouTube Channel, Roxanne Stitches and ring the bell to receive notifications about my latest activity.

In previous videos I’ve shown how to gather long pieces of fabric with the Gathering Presser Foot & the Ruffle Attachment.  In this video I show how to gather smaller areas easily. In Part 1, I give details on what gather is and show my favorite gathering technique to create super easy gathers that will take all the fear out of this scary process.  I also show many secret sewing tips that make it even easier to create those perfectly  gathered segments.  So head on over to my YouTube Channel, Roxanne Stitches and get all the details.

Make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss out on the Part 2 video.  In Part 2, I will be showing 2 more gathering techniques.  You won’t want to miss this!!  Thank you for taking the time to view my latest video on Perfect Gathering Secrets.  I hope you’ll find this information helpful when you need to add gathers to a garment or project you’re working on.  These are not the only ways to add gathers and you may already have a tried and true method you love and that’s great! I firmly believe that there are many ways to accomplish any sewing task.  Please share your favorite gathering technique with me.  I love to learn!!
