Hi Everyone! I’ve been reading about some Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 owners expressing concerns about their auto cutter’s failing. I wanted to share a video on tips to help extend the life of the auto cutter. I’ve owned this machine since 2011 and have never had any major issues with my cutter that wasn’t solved by these simple methods. This information will be especially helpful if you’re brand new to sewing and/or to this machine. Taking care of this mechanism is very important to it’s longevity.
