Hi Everyone! I hope you enjoyed my last video showing how to thread the Viking Jade 20. My favorite feature so far is that there are 2 different ways to wind a bobbin on this machine. What a wonderful feature!! I’ve been having fun exploring this new machine and have to say that it’s been great. It’s a quiet, smooth running machine that has the same feel as the Singer Quantum Stylist 9960. It’s just as user friendly and has beautiful even stitches. This Viking is a far cry from the Viking’s we had in high school. Oh…..they were a broken down mess.
This is Part 2 in my new video series where I show how to select the 2 most common utility stitches. This is done by using the one touch feature. Later I show how to access the decorative stitches by using the machine’s built in keypad. This machine has a nice variety of stitch options and by showing how to edit some of the stitches in length and width, helps the user to create infinite possibilities with the stitch patterns. I will go into further detail about the decorative stitches and about an additional editing feature in a future video. Another important basic function of using any machine is changing the presser foot and that is detailed in the video.
So please head on over to my YouTube Channel, Roxanne Stitches where I show all these features.
